Purchase terms
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing BearBreaker during the beta phase.
What you receive
You receive a license to use the full BearBreaker source code and configuration files for personal use. You may modify the code for your own trading. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the codebase as a competing product.
Beta pricing
During beta, BearBreaker is available for a one-time payment of $139.95. This grants you a lifetime upgrade to the full public release version. A yearly subscription model will be introduced later; beta purchasers are not required to subscribe.
Alpaca and brokerage
BearBreaker currently operates through the Alpaca API. You must maintain your own Alpaca account. Brokerage fees, API availability, and account access are between you and Alpaca.
No performance guarantee
Past behaviour, even if observed, does not guarantee future results. Markets change. BearBreaker is a rules engine, not a prediction system. You are responsible for how you use it.
Risk of loss
Trading involves risk of loss. Only deploy capital you can afford to lose. Start with paper trading. Adjust parameters cautiously. Stop the system if you are uncomfortable.

Beta support is handled directly by me, Boxont. I will answer questions and consider feedback, but I cannot provide personalized investment advice.
