Every cycle follows the same eight-step priority sequence. First, any pending control directive is honoured: pause, flatten, or cancel orders. Second, if the Intent Core has fully withdrawn from a construct, the position is liquidated completely. Third, new constructs receive a controlled initial seed. Fourth and fifth, expansions and contractions from the Intent Core are mirrored proportionally, but only when Trading already holds the construct. Sixth, the primary divergence signal is executed. Seventh, if the Intent Core issued no action, the secondary signal from the TCB ledger is applied. Finally, historical outcomes are reviewed and classified.
This order matters because it prevents the system from reacting to noise before it reacts to facts. A full withdrawal from the Intent Core always triggers liquidation before any other signal can interfere. A contraction from the Intent Core suppresses normal midpoint sell signals in the same cycle, so the system does not fight itself.
On top of the priority sequence, multiple safeguards keep behaviour contained. Direction-specific cooldowns block repeated actions in the same direction too quickly. Only one open order is permitted per construct. Size multipliers and available-capital limits are applied before any order leaves. Force-test and complete-pause modes exist for controlled experimentation or total halt. A single-instance lock guarantees only one active process may execute.
None of this means a chaotic market is a comfortable one, and no rule set removes the possibility of loss. What it does mean is that the behaviour you reviewed on a calm Tuesday is the behaviour you get on an ugly Thursday. BearBreaker does not become more aggressive when the market becomes more chaotic.
